The Director General of Road Maintenance and Transportation of Sistan and Baluchestan Province announced a significant 39% growth in goods transit through the Milak and Mirjaveh borders in the north of the province during the year 1404.

The Director General of Road Maintenance and Transportation of Sistan and Baluchestan Province announced a significant 39% growth in goods transit through the Milak and Mirjaveh borders in the north of the province during the year 1404.

Shahram Mobaraki stated, "During this period, 1,590,932 tons of goods were crossed via 62,038 trucks through the northern borders of the province."

He further detailed, "Of this total transit volume, 1,005,668 tons passed through the Milak border, and 585,264 tons were handled by the Mirjaveh border.

Highlighting the strategic importance of the Milak and Mirjaveh borders, the Director General stressed, "These two borders serve as strategic eastern corridors of the country, playing a vital role in facilitating foreign trade, developing regional exchanges, and strengthening the province's transit position."
