The agreement was formalized through the signing of the minutes by H.E. Mr. Reza Akbari, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and Chairman of the Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization; H.E. Ms. Shoista Saidmurodzoda, Deputy Minister of Transport of Tajikistan; and YarMohammad Ramazan, Director of the Legal and Agreements Directorate of the Ministry of Transport and Aviation of Afghanistan.
