Royal Jordanian To Launch Dallas Service In 2026
Royal Jordanian will open service between Amman and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) in 2026, adding a fifth U.S. destination to its network.

Royal Jordanian will open service between Amman and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) in 2026, adding a fifth U.S. destination to its network.
Starting in May 2026, the airline will launch 4X-weekly flights between Amman’s Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) and DFW. The service will be operated with a Boeing 787-8 configured with 270 seats.
"This new nonstop connection to Amman is a first for North Texas,” DFW CEO Chris McLaughlin said. Flight distance on the route is more than 7,000 mi.
Royal Jordanian is a member of the Oneworld alliance, along with DFW-based American Airlines. The airport is American’s largest hub.
The announcement of the service to DFW follows Royal Jordanian opening 3X-weekly flights between AMM and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in March. That route is also being flown with a 787-8 aircraft.
In addition to IAD, the carrier currently operates to Chicago O'Hare, New York John F. Kennedy and Detroit Metropolitan airports in the U.S.
“The new route offers direct access to Amman, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and a key cultural and economic center in the Middle East,” DFW stated. “The service also opens new connections to destinations across the [Middle East] and beyond through Royal Jordanian’s growing regional network.”
