During these visits, which included surveys of both passenger and cargo transit sections, a meeting was convened to review the master plan for the Sero and Tamarchin borders, during which the latest expert recommendations were presented.

These visits, conducted with the objective of assessing existing infrastructure and accelerating the completion of developmental projects for these two critical border crossings, involved a detailed examination of passenger flow and cargo movement procedures.

Furthermore, a technical session was held focusing on the master plan for the Sero and Tamarchin borders—two key gateways for regional cargo transit and passenger traffic. The provisions of the master plan were thoroughly reviewed, and its strengths as well as potential deficiencies were identified.

Attendees of this session put forward practical and operational recommendations concerning the optimization, physical development and renovation of facilities at these two borders. Based on these proposals, amendments to the master plan are to be implemented with greater urgency, aiming to streamline transit operations and enhance the satisfaction of both passengers and economic stakeholders at the Sero and Tamarchin border areas.
