According to Mehrdad Jahani, the meticulous planning undertaken to enhance the experience of Arbaeen travelers, confirming that, mirroring last year's successful efforts, the use of foreign fleets remains a priority. To date, approximately 140 Iraqi passenger fleets have entered Iran, dedicated to transporting pilgrims directly to their pilgrimage sites.

Mr. Jahani also expressed satisfaction with the positive reception of the international fleet's services among pilgrims, stating, "With the arrival of this substantial number of fleets, we are well-prepared to meet the demand for transporting Arbaeen pilgrims. Should the need arise, additional fleets will be strategically stationed at border points and dispatched to Iraq as required."

Drawing on the organization's extensive experience in coordinating foreign fleet operations over the years, Jahani noted that, in addition to utilizing Iraqi fleets, capacities from Turkiye and Afghanistan have also been integrated into their transportation strategy. He further stressed that, following discussions with Iraqi authorities and based on established agreements regarding transit buses, the Iraqi side has contributed to meeting all transport needs for the Iranian pilgrims during this significant event.
