Stadler Relies On An imc Data Acquisition Solution For Acoustic Measurements

Acoustic measurements are essential for the approval and comfort of rail vehicles: imc Test & Measurement is proud that the Stadler Rail testing center recently performed acoustic tests on its rail vehicles using imc measurement technology and GRAS measurement microphones.

Noise emissions were tested directly on the vehicle and under real operating conditions. The aim was to analyze noise emissions and ensure compliance with normative limits. Passenger comfort was also evaluated.
