Holland Expands Welding Portfolio with Technology Acquisitions

As a global leader in railway welding solutions, Holland is pleased to announce the acquisition of key products, technologies and intellectual property from ARR Rail Solutions Ltd., an innovator of novel weld restoration machines based in the United Kingdom.

The acquisition bolsters Holland’s position by expanding its welding portfolio with new automated technologies and additive manufacturing capabilities for defect remediation and the restoration of special trackwork. ARR Rail Solutions’ technologies bring proven expertise in precision rail welding and component refurbishment that complement Holland’s existing fleet of solutions and engineering excellence.
