Škoda to Present New Rail Projects at TRAKO 2025
Škoda will present a number of new rail projects at this year’s TRAKO international rail transport trade fair in Gdańsk, including its new generation of battery units (BEMU RegioPanter).

Škoda will present a number of new rail projects at this year’s TRAKO international rail transport trade fair in Gdańsk, including its new generation of battery units (BEMU RegioPanter).
The company will also showcase the new Škoda ForCity Plus 52T tram, as well as its ComfortJet train set, which was developed in consortium with Siemens Mobility.
The company will hold a series of press conferences throughout the show, which runs from 23–26 September at AMBEREXPO in Gdańsk:

- Announcement of a new contract for an anti-collision system for trams in Poland – Tuesday, September 23, 2025, 4:00 p.m., booth A43
- Shaping tomorrow’s cities – international premiere of the Škoda ForCity Plus 52T tram – Wednesday, September 24, 2025, 1:00 p.m., outdoor exhibition, track A – TZ42
- Certified own ETCS platform – presentation of our own iEVC-RailOS solution – Wednesday, September 24, 2025, 3:00 p.m., booth A43
In addition to the series of press conferences; Škoda will be present at Stand 143 in Hall A to exhibit a selection of digital technologies, including a new project for the supply of an anti-collision system for Poland and information on its own ETCS safety system.
Škoda can also be found on the outdoor track area at positions TB04, TZ04, TZ42 and TZ30; where it will display its new generation of battery units for Czech Railways and the Moravian-Silesian Region, new Škoda ForCity Plus 52T and a modern interior sleeping module for double decker night trains set to operate in Finland.
The exhibition tracks will also feature an appearance from a ComfortJet high-speed train unit from České dráhy, which Škoda Group is helping to manufacture in a consortium with Siemens.
