The Aces Mobility Coalition is to meet at the Florida Automated Vehicles (FAV) Summit later this year.

With its focus on advancing shared autonomous mobility solutions, the Coalition has emerged as a key voice in the US's transportation dialogue.

There are currently around 100 shared autonomous mobility existing and planned deployments across the US.

With the industry’s growth in mind, the decision to partner with the FAV Summit was driven by a desire to provide members with a larger platform, greater visibility, and valuable networking opportunities.

“While we’re a young coalition, members have been asking for opportunities to gather the entire group. For example, we have over 15 members speaking at ITS World Congress. Partnering with the FAV Summit is further validation of our growing position in the conversation,” said Scott Belcher, Aces executive director.

Founded two years ago to promote collaboration and innovation in the future of mobility, Aces is a public sector-led group, representing the shared autonomous mobility ecosystem and includes state and government agencies, OEMs, fleet operators, technology and infrastructure providers, and academic institutions.

The FAV Summit draws a diverse group of innovators, policymakers, researchers, and private sector leaders.

The coalition will lead panel discussions and hold business and networking meetings on current deployments, technology advancements and legislative and regulatory developments.

“Partnering with one of the nation’s fastest-growing and most respected autonomous vehicle meetings allows us to bring the Aces community into the broader AV discussion,” said Belcher.

"We’re not just joining the conversation; we’re helping shape it.”

The coalition says its members will experience a broad range of perspectives at the summit, from small start-ups to established OEMs and public sector leaders, all with a common goal of driving shared autonomous mobility solutions forward.

With the US Congress planning for its transportation reauthorisation bill in 2026, and in a landscape of political and regulatory uncertainty, Belcher believes that having a voice in the discussion is crucial: “We’ve worked hard to make this more than just another conference. It’s a unique opportunity at a critical moment to grow your network, deepen your knowledge, and be part of a transportation movement that’s driving real change.”

The FAV Summit takes place 5-7 November at the Omni Champions Gate Resort in Orlando.
