At the 12th World Congress on High-Speed Rail and the Modern Railways 2025 in Beijing, CRRC presented 22 trains, including the latest prototype of the CR450 high-speed EMU, which is set to be the world’s fastest bullet train.

The CR450 is designed to operate at 400 km/h, with a maximum tested speed of 450 km/h.

The vehicles were displayed at the National Railway Test Center’s exhibition area, with CRRC showcasing a variety of passenger, freight, and maintenance vehicles. The display featured several models from the Fuxing high-speed train family, high-speed maglev trains, and a series of new energy locomotives.

Meanwhile, at the China National Convention Center, CRRC exhibited its wider achievements in rail transit through model trains and multimedia installations.

CRRC also presented its intelligent operation and maintenance solution. This system uses 360-degree detection, robotics, and artificial intelligence to support train inspections. According to CRRC, it currently covers around 80% of visual inspection tasks, with a reported identification accuracy of 99%.

The company reiterated its long-term mission of “Connecting the World and Benefiting Mankind” and outlined its ongoing efforts to support sustainable development in global rail transit.
