HMM ranks 4th on schedule reliability for June

Hyundai Merchant Marine announced that its global on-time performance in June ranked 4th among the 18 largest container carriers, the company informed.

According to SeaIntel’s Global Liner Performance Report, HMM was the 4th reliable carrier in June, marking a score of 83.6 percent, a significant improvement of 8.6 percent points from last month with ranking of 12th.

The reliability score in June was also 6 percent points higher than global average of 78 percent among top 18 carriers. This result was calculated for East-West, India, and South America services.

 

An HMM official stated: “This dramatic improvement in schedule reliability for June is a fruitful result of our efforts to improve service quality, and we now expect better result in July.”
