NIOPDC supplied over ۱b liters of fuel to airliners in ۱۰ months
TIN news: Commercial director of National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC) said 1.25 billion liters of fuel were supplied to foreign and domestic airliners during March 21, 2014-January 20, 2015.
Mohammad Reza Mazloumi said 130 million liters of fuel worth $92 million were provided for overseas flights while 1.12 billion liters valued at $175 million were made available for domestic flights, IRNA reported.
Commenting on the country's bunkering, the official said in the 10-month period, 3.1 million tons of diesel and furnace oil were delivered to ships.
He added that in this period, 91 million liters of subsidized gasoline at 22 cents per liter and 9 million liters of semi-subsidized gasoline at 31 cents were supplied to centers in the coastal areas.
The NIOPDC director noted in the same time-span, Iran sold 65 million liters of diesel at sea.
