Transaero selects Italian seats for ۷۴۷-۸s
TIN news: Italy’s Aviointeriors has been selected to supply seats for Transaero’s four on-order Boeing 747-8 Intercontinentals.
Deliveries of the first-class MonaLisa seats and Columbus Three economy models to the Russian carrier are due to begin in April 2015, says Aviointeriors.
MonaLisa is the latest first-class product from the seat manufacturer, while Columbus Three, for the long-haul economy market, was unveiled at 2013’s Aircraft Interiors show.
Aviointeriors says the Columbus Three has been a considerable success “due to the combination of light weight and modularity”.
