“This order is another major milestone for the company and we are proud that our product helps protect the travelling public in the US.”
The QS-B220 desktop explosives trace detector incorporates ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) to detect and identify trace amounts of various military, commercial, and homemade explosives in real-time.
The detector features a radioactive material-free design that requires significantly lower maintenance than its competing systems.
It also includes a patented inCal internal automatic calibration system, and offers better performance and convenience to desktop trace detection users.
QS-B220 performs real-time detection, and provides audio and visual alarm indications on its integrated colour touchscreen.
