Data: Fractional Operators Lead Q3 2025 Year-Over-Year Performance
Data for the Q3 2025 three-month period from Aviation Week Network’s Tracked Aircraft Utilization shows that corporate, fractional, charter and private-class operators all surpassed their hourly utilization performance against the same periods of 2024 and 2019.
Data for the Q3 2025 three-month period from Aviation Week Network’s Tracked Aircraft Utilization shows that corporate, fractional, charter and private-class operators all surpassed their hourly utilization performance against the same periods of 2024 and 2019.
The total hours for corporate operators—by far the largest of the four operator classes with a fleet that exceeds 21,000 aircraft—came to just under 960,000 hr. during the period, up 5% year-over-year and 16% above Q3 2019.
Fractional operators have collectively flown 12% more than a year ago and show a utilization growth of 71% over the same period of 2019.
