VIA Rail Canada Launches Flash Sale with $35 Rail Fares

VIA Rail Canada has launched a three-day flash sale, featuring discounted fares across the Québec City–Windsor corridor and on select regional and long-distance routes.

The promotion is running from 26 August to 28 August 2025.

Escape Fares from $35

Economy class passengers can take advantage of Escape fares starting at 35 CAD on select morning and evening trains between a6 September and 8 October 2025 along the Québec City–Windsor corridor.

These low fares are available online and require the use of the discount code FLASH at the time of booking.

Business Class Discounts

In addition to Escape fares, VIA Rail is offering 10% off Business class travel on the Québec City–Windsor corridor.

Long-Distance Services

VIA Rail is also offering 10% off Economy class fares on long-distance services, including The Canadian, The Ocean, and regional trains, for the same travel period.

Tickets must be purchased online via the VIA Rail website, though passengers with disabilities or those needing special assistance can also book by phone or at a VIA Rail station.

Passengers are encouraged to act quickly, as these promotional fares are limited and the flash sale ends 11:59 p.m. ET on August 28, 2025.
