French CGT workers extend strikes at Fos - Lavera, CIM oil terminals

TIN news:   French CGT workers at the CIM oil terminal in Le Havre in northern France and at the Fos-Lavera oil terminal in the south have extended their strikes until June 10 and June 14 respectively, a union official said.
French oil sector workers have joined a rolling nationwide strike during the past three weeks aimed at forcing the government to back down over contested labour reform legislation.
“CGT members at the CIM voted to extend their strike until Friday and will meet again tomorrow,” CGT union official Thierry Defrense said.
