Azerbaijan cuts transport vehicles import

Tinn news: State Customs Committee (SCC) of Azerbaijan records decrease of transport vehicles and spare parts to them in 2012.  
The SCC reports that in the first half of the year import of transport vehicles and spare parts decreased by 13,49%, Fineko reports.

 
Cost of such import made $609.159 million versus $704.16 million in the first half of 2011. As a result 13,66% of total import for the reported period ($4.459 million) fell on the share of this commodity item.

 
At the same time the country imported 18.866 cars on customs pay in slips for half of the year. Cost of such import amounted to $149.899 million.
